Returns & Exchanges

Temperley London offers a 14-day return period for all full-price items, provided they are returned in their original condition with all security tags intact. We strive to make the process seamless to ensure your luxury shopping experience remains effortless from start to finish.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return pro-forma invoice is included and the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Affix the prepaid DHL shipping label to the outside of your box and book a complimentary courier collection or drop off the package at your nearest authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, excluding any initial shipping costs.
